Is your clothing ethically produced?

We use Starworld brand for our t-shirts products. Starworld guarantees that their production processes are ethical both in terms of the labour used to produce them and the environmental impact of production. All clothing produced by them is Oko-Tex certified, WRAP-accredited and REACH compliant.

(Our manufacturer) recognizes its responsibilities to its workers for the conditions under which it manufactures its products. By operating their own production plants, they guarantee that our clothing products are manufactured to the highest environmental and ethical standards. Our clothing complies with the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and all garments are manufactured by trained personnel, operating under fair, safe and well paid working conditions.


  • There is no use of forced labour, slavery, bonded labour or prison labour.


  • A safe and hygienic working environment is provided.
  • Adequate measures are taken to prevent accidents and injury to health.
  • All workers are insured for injuries sustained by accidents during work.
  • Workers are given safety training.
  • Physical abuse, the threat of physical abuse, unusual punishments or other harassment is strictly prohibited.
  • Access to clean toilet facilities, cafeteria and portable water within the factory is provided.


  • Only workers above the age of 18 years are employed.


  • The wages and benefits paid for a standard working week is at least the minimum required to be paid under the national labour laws.
  • All workers are covered by the national Social Insurance scheme and the company contributes 60% of the premium paid.


  • Workers are not allowed to work more than 48 hours per week, in accordance with the national labour laws.
  • At least one day off is given every week.
  • Overtime if any, is always voluntary and paid at double the normal wage.
  • Overtime never exceeds 6 hours a week.
  • All employees are entitled to 3 weeks holiday per year.


  • There is no discrimination in hiring, promotion or termination based on race, religion, social background, political views, gender, disability or any other characteristic.


  • The rights of all workers to bargain collectively is recognised.
  • All employees can apply for a higher post within the company, without restriction.

What sizes are the t-shirts, hooded-tops, etc?

On each garment item page, just below the "Add To Basket" button, there is a link titled "Size Details & Garment Information". Clicking on it will bring up a pop-up window giving chest sizes/dimensions and materials information for all the sizes of the product you are looking at as well as information on the materials used and weights.

It says that your medium women's t-shirts are a size 10 and XXL are a size 16; that can't be right???

We entirely agree with you! In our defence you would not believe how hard it is to get wholesale fitted women's t-shirts that are a) large enough b) good enough quality and c) at a reasonable enough price to do larger size women's t-shirts. Our wholesaler's own sizing guide says that S is 8-10, M is 12-14, L is 16, XL is 18 and XXL but in our experience those women's sizes are at least one and maybe even two dress sizes out. When we used the above dress sizes on our size guide a huge proportion of the women's t-shirts that we sent out were returned for exchanges for larger sizes!

How long will my t-shirts take to arrive?

Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery. However, in virtually all cases orders will arrive much sooner than this.
We aim to dispatch all t-shirts within seven to ten working days of receiving your order, although unforeseen circumstances, such as items being out of stock at the supplier, can occasionally delay dispatch.
Please note that when ordering by post it can take several days for your order to reach us, and then several more days for payment to clear.
At busy times of year, especially Christmas, orders will take longer than usual to be sent.
UK DELIVERY - Orders are sent First Class using Royal Mail.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - Orders are sent via Airmail. The delivery timescales below are for the time in transit. Please keep in mind that each customs office processes packages at vastly different rates, which can significantly affect the time it takes for your order to arrive.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY: Transit time 4-10 working days.
USA & CANADA DELIVERY: Transit time 7-14 working days.
AUSTRALIA DELIVERY: Transit time 7-24 working days
REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY: Transit time 7-24 working days.

I live in the Channel Islands/I am in the Armed Forces, can you refund my VAT

If your delivery address is within an area exempt from VAT (such as the Channel Islands) or if delivery for your order is to a BFPO address outside the EU then we will gladly refund the tax on your order. Simply reply to your order confirmation email requesting a refund of the VAT and we will happily refund it ASAP.

What is the cost of postage and packing?

We have tried to set-up a fair system of charging for postage and packing. The total cost of postage and packing will depend on where the order is being sent and what you have ordered.

How do I return a t-shirt that is the wrong size?

If you receive a shirt but decide that it is either too large or too small we will be happy to exchange it for the correct size. Simply send it back to us at the address below unworn and unwashed. Please make sure that you also complete and return the returns form that is enclosed with you order detailing your name, address and correct size.
If you have lost your returns form, you may download a new one.

What is your returns policy?

We are so confident that you will be happy with the quality of your shirts that we offer a 100% money-back, no quibble returns policy. All that we ask is that the shirt is returned unworn and unwashed, and that you specify why you are unhappy with the goods on the returns form that is included with all orders.

My Credit/Debit Card was declined - why?

For security reasons all our credit and debit card processing is done by WorldPay - a specialist company that handles thousands of such transactions every day. Therefore, we never actually see your details - all we get is confirmation when your order has been successful.
If your card is declined and you are not sure why then you can contact WorldPay on shopper@worldpay.com detailing the message you got and they should be able to explain the problem.

I want a shirt in a size other then those listed - is this possible?

Yes. We find that the sizes that we stock (small, medium, large, extra-large, XXL and 3XL for men, S-XL for women, plus ages 1-12 for kids) are by far the most commonly requested ones, but if you want a larger or smaller size this is usually no problem. We will usually be able to source you a shirt in any size, but we cannot guarantee all sizes being available in all colours. It is therefore important that you email us before placing your order and we will advise you whether your request will be possible.
Please note that as we do not always stock these other sizes you should allow a few additional days for delivery.

I want a shirt in a colour other then those listed - is this possible?

If you do have a special request we'll do everything that we can to fulfil it for you so please email us to arrange it.
Please note that as we do not stock all colours of t-shirt some of these one-off orders will take a bit longer than usual to deliver.

Can I submit my own designs?

If you have an idea for a design which you think that we should produce, or if you have a special "one off" request we will do everything that we can to do it. Please feel free to email us to discuss designs.

How do I keep up-to-date with new designs?

We have set-up a mailing list in order to keep people up-to-date with new designs and products. Simply enter your email address on this page and we will send you mails whenever we bring new stuff out.
We will not disclose your email address to anyone else and you can unsubscribe from the list at any time.

Can I visit your storefront/telephone you?

In order to keep costs down (such as not having to man a telephone line or maintain a storefront) we operate entirely on-line and via mail order. You can contact us via the addresses on this page.
